I appreciated the dedication of the staff. badr, the manager, ensured my stay was perfect. he greeted me warmly and addressed all my needs. oumaima provided really good help . Zakaria and fetan at the front desk were also great.
i found that some areas of the hotel need updating.

The temperature in the room was difficult to adjust. I requested heat, but the front desk informed me that there was no heat available throughout the entire hotel, unacceptable.

lahcen assisted well from guest services. he arranged everything well and communicated effectively. every hotel needs someone like lahcen. the food had many selections at breakfast.
reception can only cater to two clients. this is inadequate for such a large hotel. i waited a lot. i observed the grounds need maintenance and cracked paviors.

I really appreciated the beautiful pool and the surrounding lush garden. it felt relaxing. najia gave a leg massage by the pool. Her pressure was just right, and i felt refreshed!
The reception felt dysfunctional. Guests were always waiting with complaints. it seemed short-staffed even though staff were in the office? the rooms also lacked basic items, offering only instant coffee, tea, sugar, and water!
